Shipping Policy

Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship to numerous countries around the world and have shipping destinations in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. We are constantly looking to expand our shipping destinations so if we don't ship to where you live be sure check back!

Here is the list of countries that we ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Canary Islands, Curacao, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, St. Martin, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, United States, U.S. Virgin Islands.

If you live in a country not listed above, our webshop will not automatically accept your order. You can however email us your requirements at webshop@sdigital.co and we will do our best to assist you.

How Do We Ship?

Depending on where in the world you are, we have various methods of shipment. Orders are generally shipped from our own warehouse or by an SDigital distributor closest to you.

Orders are ordinarily shipped within 10 working days after receipt of payment, and once your order has been prepped and shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your SDigital product is on the way

How Is Shipping Calculated?

Our shipping costs vary and are calculated in accordance with the item, its weight, shipping method and destination. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in your cart and on the checkout section of our payment process.

Please be aware that the shipping costs do not include any customs costs, taxes, duties and other such tariffs that your country may require for the import of consumer goods. These vary from country to country and you are responsible for any taxes and similar customs/import fees. Please review our terms and conditions for more information.

Delivery Estimates

Please understand that delivery estimates are estimates only. We try to ensure our orders are shipped as soon as possible and within 10 working days but problems can occur and we cannot predict and cover every possible eventuality.

In extremely rare cases, we may confirm shipment and then discover that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will send an email to notify you of the options available to you such as refunds, or alternative delivery dates. Typhoons, Alien Invasions and Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Sometimes problems arise that are totally out of our control. We cannot promise that your product will be delivered, or delivered on time during events such as an alien invasion. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due events or causes which are beyond our, or our courier's reasonable control. (Such as but not limited to extreme weather conditions, wars, and natural disasters)

Risks and Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you provide the correct delivery information. If your order cannot be delivered because you provided incorrect delivery details, then we will consider the order abandoned and you will not receive a refund. You can contact us at support@sdigital.co for help or information, but if you still wish to have the product delivered, you must contact the courier to arrange delivery, and you alone will have to pay for any and all fees associated with the redelivery. If your order cannot be delivered because we made a mistake, you will be refunded the full amount.

When you receive your order, please be sure to examine it to make sure that there are no obvious signs of damage, or that there is nothing missing from your order. For any problems arising out of your shipped order, please email us at support@sdigital.co, and notify us of the issue within 2 days. When ordering from our site, you are the importer of record, and as such, are responsible for complying with all the local laws, and regulations in the country of delivery. Customs policies vary depending on the country, and you are also responsible for finding information about and paying any customs costs, import duties or any other similar taxes and tarrifs that may be applied on your package.
